This unique project in Kittery is a conservation subdivision. The goal is to create a neighborhood community while preserving the environmental characteristics that make the area special. As part of their goal of maintaining the existing environment and ensuring environmental protection for the future, Pine Brook Builders chose to use individual advanced treatment units with onsite disposal fields. After meeting with several of our competitors, the project management team selected Aeration Systems, LLC to provide an OxyPro treatment system for each home in the development. |

By installing an OxyPro at each home site, the footprint required for the disposal area could be reduced by 75%. This reduction helped to avoid extensive tree clearing; an important factor in retaining the neighborhood's natural character. The OxyPro's virtual elimination of contaminants associated with traditional septic systems also serves to protect sensitive groundwater supplies and the natural environment. We at Aeration Systems, LLC are very excited to be a part of this new type of residential development and are looking forward to doing our part in helping to make the Lewis Farm Conservancy a safe and environmentally responsible community.
